Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before your enrolment is accepted

Applying for a course is free. If your application is not accepted, or you withdraw it before acceptance, no payment is due and any amount already collected is returned in full.

2. 14-day cooling-off (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, starting the day your enrolment is accepted.

• If you ask us to begin delivering the digital course content immediately, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you have accessed a substantial portion of the course.
• If you withdraw within 14 days and have accessed only a limited portion, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the content delivered.

3. Our goodwill guarantee

Beyond statutory rights, if you are within your first 14 days of enrolment and have completed less than 20% of a course, email us and we will refund that course in full — no questions asked.

4. When we cancel

If we discontinue a course you are enrolled in, or cancel your enrolment for reasons other than your breach of the Terms, you receive a full refund of the fee for the affected course.

5. What is not refundable

• Courses completed in substantial part, outside the cooling-off and goodwill windows above.
• Enrolments terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (e.g. content piracy, account sharing, fraud).

6. How to request a refund

Email billing@seyaero.com from your account email with the course name. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
