Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Oluwaseyi Aerospace Software Services LLC ("SeyAero Academy", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the SeyAero Academy website, courses, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the training

SeyAero Academy provides theoretical knowledge instruction only. Our courses — including pilot ground school, instrument rating theory, military aviation fundamentals, and accident investigation — are educational programmes. They do not, by themselves, confer any licence, rating, endorsement, or operational authorisation. Licences and ratings are issued solely by your national aviation authority under applicable regulations (e.g. ICAO annexes, EASA, FAA, or national equivalents). Military aviation content is drawn exclusively from unclassified, publicly available sources and provides no operational capability.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

4. Enrolment, payment and access

• Course places are granted upon acceptance of your enrolment application and receipt of the applicable tuition fee.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and may change; the price at acceptance of your application applies to that enrolment.
• Unless stated otherwise, enrolment includes lifetime access to the course materials as they exist and are updated.
• We may refuse or cancel an enrolment where required by law, sanctions, or suspected fraud, with a refund of fees paid for the affected course.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute course materials, quizzes, or your account access;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service, or use its content to train machine-learning models;
• misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or completion status;
• interfere with the Service's security, availability, or other users;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including any attempt to apply instructional content to unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

All course content, syllabi, lessons, diagrams, assessments, software, and branding are the property of Oluwaseyi Aerospace Software Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Enrolment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your personal study. No other rights are granted.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion evidence that you finished a SeyAero Academy course. They are not academic degrees, professional licences, or regulatory approvals, and must not be presented as such.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While our content is developed to instructor-grade depth and reviewed for accuracy, aviation regulations change and vary by jurisdiction. Always verify operational matters against current official publications and your aviation authority. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oluwaseyi Aerospace Software Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the tuition fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that consumers retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws in their country of residence. Courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local consumer venue rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
