Radio communications (RT) training

Sound like a professional on frequency

Radio work is where many student pilots lose confidence. This course builds standard ICAO phraseology from the first call-up to complex controlled-airspace clearances, with drilled readbacks, position reports and emergency calls — so the microphone stops being the stressful part of flying.

Who it suits

Student pilots working toward their first solo in controlled airspace, pilots converting between national systems, and anyone preparing for an English-language proficiency check.

What you learn

Standard phraseology, the structure of every call, readback requirements, CTAF and controlled-airspace procedures, transponder codes and mayday/pan-pan calls.

How it works

Fully online and self-paced. Five in-depth lessons with scripted example exchanges, common-error analysis and an exam-style quiz per lesson.

Beyond the course

Pair with the PPL ground school for the full theoretical foundation, or use it standalone to fix radio nerves before your next lesson.
